Refund policy

• Failed purchases are refunded to your NGLancer wallet automatically — usually immediately, at the latest within 24 hours.
• Undelivered SMS (numbers the network reports as failed) are refunded per number automatically.
• Successful purchases to the number you entered cannot be refunded, because the network or biller has already delivered them.
• Wallet withdrawals: if you want unused wallet money returned to your bank, contact us; we review each request and may deduct payment fees.
• Payment fees charged by Paystack/Flutterwave when funding your wallet are not refundable.

Problem with a purchase? Send us the reference from your receipt and we will investigate within one working day.
